Any change in specifications project scope delivery needs or scheduling may affect the final cost. Payments are tied to the specific project and are non refundable. If the project stops before the official concept presentation and the majority of work has already been completed the amount due equals thirty three percent of the total project value. Any legal consultant involvement requested by the client is fully charged to the client regardless of final agreement outcome. Only the approved final design may be used by the client. All other proposals remain the intellectual property of the creator. Unselected concepts cannot be used modified reproduced or communicated without written authorization. If final decisions are delayed by the client beyond thirty days the work is automatically considered complete and billed accordingly. The portfolio usage of the final work is standard unless a separate agreement states otherwise.
